BIOGRAPHY

Pakistani-American Tooba Safeer was born in New York (1995), and was raised in Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, and throughout the United States. Tooba focuses on acrylic and oil paints as her primary mediums. She is deeply interested in classical painting techniques, such as grisaille, and fusing them with modern surrealism to explore culture, healing, and visual communication.
